Voices for Ukraine concert nearly sold out!

We are thrilled to announce that we are working with Community Action Dacorum to present 'Voices for Ukraine', a concert to celebrate local musicians as well as some Ukrainian musicians who have moved to our area.

It will be held on the 12th of November at 7pm and promises to be a very entertaining night that will support Ukrainian people in our area who have left Ukraine due to the war.

Tickets cost £35 each and include food. The event is nearly sold out but if you would like to buy a ticket, please email

How you can help

Do you have a spare room for someone or space for a whole family? We can provide information and advice to help you decide if hosting is for you

There are many ways you can help that don't involve hosting someone. You can find out more here

With growing numbers of refugees leaving Ukraine for the UK, hosts are increasingly using their own money to support their guests until they arrive. We rely on kind donations to help us get people here.

Our aims

This group formed to support the growing number of hosts in the area through the application and hosting process, as well as to provide a community for Ukrainians on their arrival

Update on hosting

Since the visa schemes opened, as a group, we have helped re-home over 150 Ukrainian people including over 60 children, in our local area. Thank you to everyone that has had even a small part to play in this.
