Grant Policy / Політика фінансових грантів
BATUHN grants are available for hosts and guests who are not otherwise able to afford the costs related to guests setting up a new life in the UK.
The purpose of the grants is to cover the following areas:
- Essential items for new arrivals that cannot be easily sourced free of charge or from donations (a maximum of £200 per host or £100 per guest depending on the situation and request)
- Training courses or equipment to support conversion / recognition of Ukrainian skills and qualifications for equivalent UK employment or education (a maximum of £500 per person)
- Support costs: at the discrection of the Trustees
To apply for a BATUHN grant you must be a confirmed host or guest living in Berkhamsted (HP4), Tring (HP23) , Aston Clinton, Ivinghoe, Pitstone or Hawridge.
If your request doesn’t fit these requirements, exceptional circumstances will be considered on a case-by-case basis.

Гранти BATUHN доступні для господарів і гостей, які інакше не можуть дозволити собі витрати, пов’язані з тим, щоб гості почали нове життя у Великобританії.
Метою грантів є охоплення таких сфер:
- Основні речі для новоприбулих, які не можна легко придбати безкоштовно або за рахунок пожертвувань (максимум 200 фунтів стерлінгів на господаря або 100 фунтів стерлінгів на гостя залежно від ситуації та запиту)
- Навчальні курси або обладнання для підтримки перетворення/визнання українських навичок і кваліфікацій для еквівалентної роботи чи освіти у Великобританії (максимум £500 на особу)
- Витрати на підтримку: на розсуд довірених осіб
Щоб подати заявку на отримання гранту BATUHN, ви повинні бути підтвердженим господарем або гостем, який проживає в Беркхемстеді (HP4), Трингу (HP23), Астон Клінтоні, Айвінго, Пітстоуні або Горіджі.
Якщо ваш запит не відповідає цим вимогам, виняткові обставини розглядатимуться в кожному окремому випадку.
